Please make sure that we have instructions on how to access your yard when we come. However, if your pet may be aggressive, then we ask that you have them restrained or put away so we can service your yard. If a known aggressive pet IS restrained but still in the yard, we will only service the area of the yard that is not near this pet. If a known aggressive pet IS NOT restrained or put away, then we WILL NOT be able to service your yard at that time. We will attempt to contact you to restrain the pet. If the pet can not be restrained, we will try to reschedule with you or continue service on your next service date. If a service is missed because of an unrestrained aggressive pet, this WILL NOT result in a refund or reduced rate as the service tech was available to service your yard on schedule.
